We are excited to launch WATS 

Walmart Associate Talent Search, a friendly competition to help discover and appreciate the amazing talent of our 2.1 million associates in 20 countries around the globe. The talent search competition officially opens on February 19, 2024, when associates will be able to submit their entries on this website. They will compete for a chance to perform virtually or possibly in-person during Walmart’s annual Associates Week in Bentonville, Arkansas. 

We aren’t just looking for singers 

We’re looking for all kinds of talent: dancers, musicians, comedians, magicians, and more – any performance-based talent that showcases the amazing talent and unique abilities of Walmart associates. So be thinking about how you will highlight your talent in a fun video that isn’t longer than two minutes. Submissions are open on February 19, 2024. 

All competition video submissions will be showcased on the WATS site 

Associates and customers worldwide can vote for their favorites on the site. Voting will take place during May. Approximately 30 videos (of Walmart associates) will be selected for online popular voting and judging by a special Walmart Associate Talent Search judge review panel. 

The judges’ scores will be added to the popular votes and the seven videos with the highest combined score from judges and popular voting will be selected as the winners. Those seven winners will perform virtually during our annual Associates’ Week.
